Accessing our advice in the new normal – phone advice delivers during the pandemic

During lockdown, our building had to close but our phone lines remained open. We quickly learned how to adapt our service to an uncertain environment which seemed to change daily, and we remained accessible to those who needed us the most. Working from home, our staff and volunteers continued to offer advice by phone to our local community. We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace environment, minimising the risk to our clients, volunteers and staff. For this reason we are continuing to provide services over the telephone only, and will open for face to face advice only when we are sure it is safe to do so.

We will review the situation on an ongoing basis so please check our website regularly for updates.
