Session times

What can I expect at the drop-in sessions?

At the drop-in at our main office you will receive a short interview so we can get an overview of your needs and decide on the most appropriate advice to meet them. You may then be given an appointment with one of  our advisers, provide with you with the information you need, or we may refer you to another agency who is better able to help.

Often, our service gets very busy and it is first come, first served so we do advise you to arrive no more than thirty minutes before the drop-in opens. We may have to turn people away if there is a large demand for our service on that day.

Click here for a printer friendly version of our session times. However, please note although we try not to change our session times, it does happen from time to time so the most up to date version will be the one available online.
