Housing

Are you homeless, dealing with problems affecting your home, or struggling with rent or mortgage arrears? Find out how we can support you.

Family law

The University of Law in Bristol provides a free email advice line for family law matters such as divorce, separation and issues involving children of a relationship.

Macmillan Cancer support

We work with Macmillan Cancer Support to deliver welfare benefits advice specifically for people affected by cancer.

Young people

Our Ask Us project offers advice for 16-25 year olds who are in crisis. Run in collaboration with the service 1625 Independent People, the project is focused on helping young people in crisis.

Benefits

If you need advice on making a claim, are having problems with your claim or are unsure how to get started, we can help. We can also help with appeals for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Employment Support Allowance (ESA).
