Citizens Advice Bristol are working in partnership with Warmer Homes Advice and Money (WHAM) to help people in Bristol who are struggling with high bills, cold homes and debt.
WHAM caseworker Ed, is now based with us two days a week and can help with any issues to do with energy – from fuel debt to new heating – and our Citizens Advice caseworkers are on hand to help out with any other issues – from housing to welfare rights.

The WHAM team co-ordinate support from Citizens Advice, Centre for Sustainable Energy, Talking Money, We Care (Home Improvements), Bristol Energy Network, Bristol City Council and Bristol NHS trusts to provide a comprehensive service and ensure people don’t suffer cold homes.
