Government Consultation on the statutory levy for gambling operators

This consultation is open until 14 December. It will generate a significant increase in funding for research, prevention and treatment of gambling harms. The new levy, when fully operational, will bring in £90-100 million, which is a significant increase from the voluntary levy that brings in around £14 million. It will also change how the funding is allocated. You can read the consultation and respond below.
