MASDAP Administrator (part-time, 14 hours per week)
The Money Advice Service Funded Debt Advice Project (MASDAP) is a well-established project assisting clients to deal with their debts and to get back on track with their lives. There are currently 4 Caseworkers plus volunteers seeing 90 or more people per month. We have a vacancy for a part time administrator to join our existing administrator to work within the project.
This role will have responsibility for the administration of the project which includes a large amount of time managing an excel spreadsheet reporting system and ensuring that targets are met every month and reports sent according to schedule. It will also include writing letters, booking appointments, liaising with other agencies, etc for the project. As with all our administrative roles the person will also be an integral part of our main Admin Team and as such will spend some of each week undertaking general administrative duties which may include working on our reception desk.

Your responsibilities will involve seeing clients by appointment and providing advice in all the key areas including benefits, debt, housing and employment.
This role involves providing support at our, office reception and in our administration office. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of customer service, administration and information support.
As a digital money coach, you will help our clients manage their money better by helping them to improve their skills and confidence with online activities.
