Face-to-face Project

Our specialist advisors can help with a wide range of debt problems. Please note that that we will only be able to make an appointment for you if you meet the criteria for this project. To find out if you qualify please attend a Drop-In session at Bristol Advice Point. Appointments can be arranged in Southmead, Easton or the city centre.

The following information will really help:

  • The name and address of the creditor
  • The account or reference number
  • The amount you owe
  • A copy of the original loan agreement you signed.
